Job Description

We are seeking a Technology Consultant - Apriso O&M Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apriso MES operations, application support, and manufacturing systems and a proven ability to stabilize production environments, resolve incidents, and enable continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Apriso MES system health, availability, and performance across production environments.
• Triage and resolve application incidents, defects, and user issues with timely escalation for high-priority cases.
• Execute routine maintenance, patching, and housekeeping to sustain stable operations.
• Manage configuration changes, validate updates, and support deployments to minimize production impact.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering teams to resolve root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide end-user support, issue replication, and guidance on best practices within Apriso MES.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience supporting Apriso MES or comparable MES platforms in production.
• Proficiency in application troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and integrations with ERP, PLC, or shop-floor systems.
• Experience with deployments, configuration management, and validation in regulated or production environments.
• Clear communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience level e.g., 5+ years in relevant roles

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and basic debugging for MES applications.
• Experience with ITIL practices, service management tools, and Agile support workflows.

Role Logistics

• Work location: Remote.
• Work hours: 8 hours per day. Overtime not required.
• Dress code: Business Casual for any client engagements.
