Key Responsibilities for the AR & Billing Analyst:

• Manage invoicing activities and ensure accurate, timely billing across multiple product lines.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances, financial holds, aging reports, and outstanding payment obligations.
• Coordinate shipment-related financial documentation, letters of credit, and customer payment requirements.
• Partner with Accounting, Logistics, Shipping, Treasury, and Customer Service teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to accounts receivable and inventory reconciliation.
• Utilize Oracle and banking platforms to process transactions, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications for the AR & Billing Analyst:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, or related accounting functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting experience preferred.
