AR Collections / Customer Service Representative

Location: Hamilton, Ohio

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an AR Collections / Customer Service Representative for our client in Hamilton, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who is interested in building experience in accounts receivable and collections.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and past-due invoices

• Provide professional customer service by phone and email

• Assist customers with billing questions, payment inquiries, and account discrepancies

• Process and document customer payments and collection activity

• Follow up on outstanding accounts to encourage timely payment

• Research invoice and payment discrepancies and assist with resolving account issues

• Maintain accurate customer account information and collection notes

• Assist with basic accounts receivable and account reconciliation duties

• Work with internal departments to resolve customer account issues

• Perform additional administrative and accounting support as needed

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of customer service, collections, accounts receivable, billing, or related experience preferred

• Entry-level candidates with strong customer service and communication skills are encouraged to apply

• Comfortable communicating with customers regarding balances, invoices, and payments

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-up activities

• High school diploma or equivalent
