Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist (Contract)

YOUR TYPICAL DAY…

• Manage accounts receivable and collections efforts for outstanding customer balances.
• Follow up on invoices more than 90 days past due while maintaining a professional customer service approach.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, disputed invoices, unapplied cash transactions, and payment issues.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate aging reports.

YOU HAVE…

• 2+ years of experience in AR, collections, billing, or general accounting.
• Working knowledge of accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
