AR / Collections Specialist


Our client is looking to add a Collections Specialist to their accounting team. They are seeking an individual with experience in high volume business to business collections.

Job responsibilities of the AR / Collections Specialist




  • Work through an online portal to collect and make cash applications

  • You should be able to have an in-depth conversation, ask questions, find root causes, and offer solutions

  • Work with sales and clients to research and collect on outstanding accounts

  • Build and maintain relationships with the current clients

  • High volume email correspondence



Preferred qualifications for the AR / Collections Specialist




  • Previous high volume Business to Business collections experience is a MUST

  • Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
