AR Specialist


About the Company and Opportunity:



  • Our client is looking to bring on a temporary AR Specialist.

  • 100% onsite in Frederick

  • Schedule: M-F, 8a-4:30p or 8:30a-5p.

  • Duration: contact-to-hire, depending on performance, fit, and needs of business

  • Pay: $25-27/hr


Overview of the AR Specialist role:



  • Sending out invoices

  • Posting payments

  • Provide on-going customer communication and service

  • Reporting

  • Collections - sending out reminders

  • Ad hoc projects/reporting


Preferred Qualifications for the AR Specialist:



  • 3+ years of AR experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
