AR Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected client in the Rocky Ripple area that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team. What You'll Be Doing

• Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices

• Apply and post customer payments via ACH, wire, check, and credit card transactions

• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues

• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding account status and payments

• Assist with month-end close activities and AR reporting

• Process credit memos, adjustments, and account corrections

• Partner with internal departments to improve billing and collection processes

• Help ensure accuracy and compliance within accounting procedures

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or related accounting experience

• Strong understanding of invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

• High-volume invoicing and cash application experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
