Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist:

• Process and post high-volume customer payments and cash applications
• Retrieve, review, and organize remittance information from customer portals
• Reconcile customer accounts and research payment discrepancies
• Manage collections activities and customer follow-up on outstanding balances
• Process credit memos and partner with internal teams to resolve account issues

Qualifications for the AR Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience with cash application, payment posting, collections, or account reconciliation
• Basic Excel skills, including filtering and spreadsheet maintenance
• SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
