Architect/Project Manager

• Collaboratewith Principal in evaluating project requirements
• Assistwith negotiation of owner-architect agreement including fee and time schedule
• Assist/leadsome project details such as project scope, profitability, schedule and budget
• Completeprojects on time and within budget including monitoring work-hour budgets
• Negotiatecritical issues with internal and external team members
• Monitorquality of construction documents
• Overseeall correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy seeking legal counselwhen needed
• Coordinate/reviewcontractor bids and make contractor recommendations
• Assistwith completion of proposals and client interviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Architecture
• 10+years of experience
• Registration/License
• Proficientin AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphics and project management software
