Established multi-disciplined consulting firm is looking to add a talented Senior Project Architect to their St. Paul, Minnesota team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design/development of a variety of architectural projects
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, planners, and designers
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Manage client relationships, project schedules, budgets, and team resources
- Oversee construction documentation, regulatory approvals, and construction administration
- Promote a culture of collaboration and learning within the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of experience
- Strong portfolio that proves design leadership and technical expertise
- Experience mentoring/leading a design team
- Proficient in Revit
