Position Requirements: 

Licensed Architect (preferably by WA Board of Architects)

LEED Preferred provider status is required.

LEED accreditation (any level) 

Optional Certifications may include:

PMP, etc., and/or any other relevant Professional Licensure or Certification.

Manages & produces architecture deliverables to support the planning, design, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance of facilities and coordinates with other disciplines as required.

Common tasks & deliverables may include Planning Studies, Design-Standards, Project Definition Book (PDB), Basis of Design (BOD), Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Plan-Check & Permitting, Construction Documents, Bidding & Procurement Support, Construction Administration, Stakeholder Outreach, Drawings, Specifications, Technical Reports, Presentations, etc.

Supports and ensures compliance with sustainability / certification requirements and ensures documentation by project consultants, contractors and staff.
