Architectural Administrator

HOAMCO is hiring an Architectural Administrator for our Prescott Corporate Office. The ARC Administrator ensures that the HOA Community construction complies with Association guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years construction or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years clerical/administrative experience
• Knowledgeable in Excel
• Knowledge of Architectural Design Guidelines and Homeowners Associations is preferred

Duties include:

• Communicate and meet with Homeowners, Architects, Builders, and Architectural Review Committees (ARC)
• Coordinate and administrate the review process for ARC submittals with Committees
• Skilled with coordinating, planning and supporting daily administrative functions
• Work in a team environment and be willing to cross train with your colleagues
• Positive customer service is a key component to this position
