Responsibilities of the ProjectArchitect will include:
- Site master planning, building space planning, and interior design
- Exterior building design and construction documents
- Manage and prepare project schedules
- Coordinate with consultant teams and assign project tasks
- Interface with clients and provide clear communication throughout project phases
- Prepare sketches, mark up plans, and review/redline construction documents
- Conduct and attend client presentations
- Lead other project-related tasks to ensure success
Qualifications of the ProjectArchitect:
- Architecture degree
- 1-10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of NY Building Codes and ADA regulations
- Strong organizational, leadership, and design skills
- Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
- Ability to work well with others and manage multiple tasks
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $50,000 - $100,000.
