They are seeking an experienced Architectural Millwork Project Manager to oversee projects from award through installation, ensuring outstanding client service, seamless execution, and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural millwork projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, shop personnel, and installation teams
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and change orders
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for each assigned Architectural Millwork Project Manager project portfolio

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, casework, or specialty interiors
• Proven success as an Architectural Millwork Project Manager or similar role
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing commercial construction and/or millwork projects
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar software is a plus
