Architectural Designer - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00763
Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits
Focus on schematic design, technical production, and construction administration across commercial, residential, and senior living projects alongside PMs, engineers, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Advance project sets from schematic design to permit-ready construction documents under PM guidance.
- Maintain company drafting/BIM standards, layering, graphics, and file naming protocols.
- Delegate drafting tasks to architectural interns based on project needs.
- Coordinate with clients, MEP/structural consultants, and municipal authorities.
- Attend project meetings, take minutes, review RFIs/submittals, and assist with field reports.
- Create 2D/3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials for reviews.
Requirements
- Architectural Degree
- 2–5+ years of design experience in commercial, residential, or senior living sectors.
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, presentation tools (Adobe, SketchUp, Enscape /Lumion), and MS Office.
- Solid working knowledge of building/ADA codes and exterior/interior detailing.
- Strong communication skills and multi-project time management; NCARB/ARE candidates preferred.
