About the Opportunity

We are an award-winning architecture and interior design practice known for combining ambitious concepts with careful attention to detail. Our teams create thoughtful, purpose-driven environments and produce highly accurate construction documents. We value collaboration, creativity, accountability, and a down-to-earth workplace culture.

Our portfolio includes high-density residential, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and urban infill developments for prominent housing developers and real estate investment organizations nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta.

What You'll Do

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will lead multiple small to midsize architectural projects from initial planning through design, documentation, and delivery. You will oversee project teams and coordinate administrative and technical efforts to achieve efficient, cost-effective results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create strategic project plans and establish priorities for successful delivery.

  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead project communications, meetings, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain quality control across design and construction documents.
  • Assign work, mentor supporting staff, and monitor team performance.
  • Estimate professional fees and prepare scopes of work, proposals, and contracts.
  • Identify project risks and resolve design, scheduling, budget, and coordination challenges.
  • Ensure projects meet client expectations, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.
  • Provide design leadership and contribute to a collaborative studio culture in Atlanta.

What You'll Bring

The successful Architectural Project Manager will combine architectural expertise with strong leadership, client management, and project-delivery skills.

Qualifications include:
  • Professional degree in architecture from an accredited college or university.
  • 6+ years of architectural design and project management experience.
  • Thorough understanding of architectural projects through all phases of development.
  • Proficiency in Revit or comparable building-design and documentation software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, project coordination, and quality control.
  • Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, consultants, and client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to mentor supporting staff.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Consistent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Professional architectural license preferred but not required.
  • Multifamily, mixed-use, high-density residential, or urban infill experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary and performance bonus commensurate with experience.
  • Paid health, vacation, and holiday leave.
  • Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Life insurance.
  • Internal programs supporting professional development and career growth.
  • Curated volunteer opportunities.
  • Collaborative workplace serving major development projects from Atlanta.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and currently reside in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Bring your leadership, Revit expertise, client-management skills, and multifamily architecture experience to an Architectural Project Manager role with meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
