Skarphol / Frank Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, maintaining project schedules, and serving as a primary point of communication throughout the design and construction process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, technically knowledgeable, and proficient in managing multiple projects at varying stages of development. The Project Manager position requires someone who can anticipate project needs, identify and resolve issues before they impact schedules, and maintain consistent communication between clients, consultants, staff, contractors, and public agencies.
 
Responsibilities:
       Management of projects from pre-design through schematic design, approvals, bidding, construction document, construction administration, and project close-out
       Manage all communication and coordination during project development, both with all team members, clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors
       Work closely with the project architect and senior staff to direct the development of design presentations
       Manage design and coordinate the work of consultants
       Research products and materials and coordinate with manufacturers to develop construction details
       Source architectural products, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment as well as manage vendors, owners, and contractors through the procurement process
       Collaborate with everyone to resolve issues encountered during the construction process
 
Qualifications:
       5+ years of experience in design coordination and construction administration
       Must be able to communicate and collaborate with all members of the project team in one-on-one and in group situations
       Knowledge in varying construction methods and full construction documents, building codes, municipal codes, energy codes, client relations, and consultant coordination
       Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
       Excellent digital presentation skills and design sense
       Proactive approach to working, with an ability to take initiative
        Proficiency in common CAD programs and 3D modeling required
 
Salary/Compensation

Salary range of $65,000 – $95,000 depending on experience level, qualifications, and needs.
