Architectural Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Tulsa. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead architectural projects from start to finish
• Coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review and approve architectural plans and drawings
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and project management software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
