Day-to-Day
Project Leadership & Oversight
Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Understand, plan, track, and deliver projects with a clear grasp of client requirements, proposals, contracts, and scope.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction and other authorities to support project progression and community impact.
Quality Assurance & Consultant Coordination
Coordinate with consultants and review/redline drawings for quality assurance at key milestones (30%, 60%, 90%).
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
Identify potential risks early and develop strategic solutions.
Tackle complex technical and design challenges with depth of knowledge and strategic insight.
Documentation & Standards
Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and schedules.
Uphold DC Standards, brand submittal guidelines, building codes, and zoning regulations.Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in U.S.-based architectural design in hospitality, housing or commercial projects.
Education: US Bachelor’s degree required.
Technicality: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe
