The role creates and posts batch tickets, prepares raw material pick lists and finished good labels, identifies missing materials for sales orders, coordinates material purchase and transfer requests, supports rework/disposal actions, follows up on production and shipment performance, and communicates promptly with Production, Shipping, Quality, Procurement, Sales, and site leadership to keep daily operations aligned. - Updates the daily shipment schedule using SharePoint, ProcessPro, open sales orders, quantity-on-hand reports, and Zip-Notes; prioritizes shipments by due date, and in-full capability; communicates the schedule to the Shipment Supervisor/Team and LV Ship Team after the start-of-shift meeting.
