This Architectural Retail Project Manager opportunity in St. Louis, MO blends fast-paced turnaround with meaningful client communication and hands-on support across multiple project phases.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Retail Project Manager position include:
- 6-10 years of architectural or architectural interior design experience in a professional office environment, with a portfolio demonstrating involvement in a variety of project types and phases.
- Support project managers in executing interior architecture projects across planning, design, construction, and close-out.
- Assist with scheduling by tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to support progress from design through construction.
- Support budget management by tracking project expenses and monitoring cost control documentation under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Assist with contract administration, including maintaining project documentation such as contracts, change orders, proposals, and agreements.
- Provide quality control support through document reviews, tracking quality-related items, and participating in site reviews.
- Help coordinate engineers/consultants, permit drawing submissions, building department correspondence, and client communication support.
- Identify, log, and track potential risks or issues affecting schedules, budgets, or quality; maintain organized project files, invoices, and reports.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
