Location
This is a remote full-time position. Candidates must be based in the continental United States, with Pacific Time Zone candidates preferred. Candidates within 25 miles of Santa Clara, CA are ideal.

Candidates must have architectural signage project management experience. Banner, POP, retail display, and trade show signage experience alone will not qualify.

Job Description
- Manage architectural signage projects from planning through design coordination, fabrication, installation, and closeout
- Review project scope, drawings, specifications, schedules, and client requirements
- Develop and maintain project timelines covering design, production, permitting, procurement, installation, and completion milestones
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, designers, fabricators, and internal project teams
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, site plans, and technical drawings
- Identify long-lead materials, subcontracted components, permitting needs, and installation requirements early in the process
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, progress reports, schedules, and closeout materials
- Oversee subcontractor/vendor bids, contracts, quality control, and installation coordination
- Proactively solve scheduling delays, technical issues, construction challenges, and client concerns
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality, safety, and code requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in architectural signage
- Experience with architectural signage, wayfinding, building signs, monument signs, campus signage, environmental graphics, or similar custom sign programs
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, production timelines, permitting, installation, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and schematics
- Experience with construction sites, installation coordination, estimating, change orders, RFIs, and vendor management
- Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and client-facing project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Pacific Time Zone availability preferred

- Salary Bands:
3 to 4 years of directly relevant architectural signage PM experience: $70,000 to $80,000
5 to 7 years of directly relevant architectural signage PM experience: $80,000 to $90,000
8+ years of strong architectural signage PM experience with full lifecycle ownership: $90,000 to $95,000
