Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

We are a full-service architecture and interior design studio with roots in Sarasota. Our firm has spent three decades designing spaces for local and national clients across Sports, Commercial, Community, Government, Hospitality, and Education markets. As a company, our culture is built on servant leadership, continuous learning, and a collaborative approach that values both creative and technical skill.

Due to growth, we are looking to add an architectural staff member. This person will perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural design for projects of moderate size and complexity. You will be involved with job site reviews, BIM drafting, and performing general office duties related to architecture, including design, contract document production, and construction administration support.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Design creation, coordination, and production of working drawings and construction documents
• Support project managers across all technical and administrative phases, from project kickoff through closeout
• Prepare and coordinate deliverables, design documents, and bid packages
• Process and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, consultant reviews, and permitting
• Coordinate with consultants and internal team members across all project phases
• Monitor and distribute project communications and meet established deadlines
• Apply current building, zoning, fire protection, and jurisdictional code requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Autodesk Revit
• Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate with others in a deadline-driven environment.
