Area Coach

Ready to lead a multi-unit Taco Bell area with a company that’s still growing? One of the largest and fastest-growing multi-brand franchise organizations in the country is looking for a hands-on Area Coach to lead a group of Taco Bell restaurants in the Indianapolis market.

This organization has more than tripled its Taco Bell footprint in under eight years. It gives its leaders the training, HR, marketing, and supply chain support of a large operator, along with real career paths across multiple QSR brands.

This is an in-restaurant role. You’ll spend most of your week walking shifts, riding with your RGMs, and building the bench behind them. The position reports to the Market Coach and is the main development step toward Market Coach and Director of Operations.

What You’ll Do

• Own the area P&L: drive sales, controllable profit, food and labor cost, and store-level EBITDA across your restaurants
  
• Coach your RGMs: develop them and hold them accountable, and personally know every AGM and shift leader in your area
  
• Be in the restaurants: spend most of your week visiting stores, walking shifts, and riding with RGMs
  
• Champion brand standards: own QSC, drive-thru speed, and guest experience scores, and execute Taco Bell programs, LTOs, and rollouts on schedule
  
• Build the bench: identify, develop, and promote shift leaders and AGMs so every restaurant has a ready-now successor
  
• Partner with support teams: work with HR, training, marketing, and supply chain
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of multi-unit QSR leadership with proven P&L ownership across four or more stores
  
• Taco Bell experience strongly preferred
  
• A hands-on operator who builds direct relationships with RGMs and AGMs rather than managing from a distance
  
• A track record of developing RGMs, with a visible bench of people you’ve promoted
  
• Strong command of the P&L (food, labor, controllables, and EBITDA) and comfort acting on a period flash the same day
  
• A stable tenure history
