Dunkin' is one of the largest coffee and baked-goods brands in the world and in El Paso, we're growing fast.
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Area Manager to lead a portfolio of local restaurants, drive operational excellence, and build a team culture that keeps both guests and crew coming back every day.
This is a high-impact leadership role. You'll own performance across multiple locations - P&L, staffing, food safety, guest experience, and brand standards while developing the next generation of Dunkin' leaders in the El Paso market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee day-to-day operations across 4-8 Dunkin' locations in the El Paso Area
- Drive sales, control costs, and hit profitability targets for each unit
- Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and crew members
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure brand and food-safety compliance
- Analyze performance data and implement action plans to close gaps
- Partner with franchise ownership and the Regional Director on market growth initiatives
- Respond to and resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Lead new store openings, remodels, and equipment upgrades within the territory
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting sales and labor targets across multiple locations
- Strong coaching and team-development skills - you lead by example on the floor
- Solid understanding of P&L management, food cost, and scheduling
- ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid TX driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between locations daily
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
