Dunkin' is one of the largest coffee and baked-goods brands in the world and in El Paso, we're growing fast.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Area Manager to lead a portfolio of local restaurants, drive operational excellence, and build a team culture that keeps both guests and crew coming back every day.

This is a high-impact leadership role. You'll own performance across multiple locations - P&L, staffing, food safety, guest experience, and brand standards while developing the next generation of Dunkin' leaders in the El Paso market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 4-8 Dunkin' locations in the El Paso Area
• Drive sales, control costs, and hit profitability targets for each unit
• Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and crew members
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure brand and food-safety compliance
• Analyze performance data and implement action plans to close gaps
• Partner with franchise ownership and the Regional Director on market growth initiatives
• Respond to and resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Lead new store openings, remodels, and equipment upgrades within the territory

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting sales and labor targets across multiple locations
• Strong coaching and team-development skills - you lead by example on the floor
• Solid understanding of P&L management, food cost, and scheduling
• ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Valid TX driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between locations daily
• Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• oversees hiring / terminating / training / performance reviews of employees in designated regions
