Area Manager - FULL TIME (40 HOURS/WEEK)

Legacy Cleaning is looking for a committed, detail-oriented Area Manager to join our team in Twin Cities, MN.

This position is responsible for employee onboarding and training, HR initiatives, account quality audits, customer success, sales support, and account expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboarding and Training: Assist in onboarding new employees; coordinate and conduct training sessions to equip staff with necessary skills, tools, and supplies; fill in on accounts during call-offs when necessary; conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Human Resources: Support HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance; assist with developing and implementing policies that foster a positive work environment.
- Customer Success & Sales: Meet regularly with client partners to maintain top-tier service quality; participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Client Upselling & Supplies Sales: Proactively identify client needs to recommend, sell, and upsell additional cleaning services, specialized project work, and cleaning/facility supplies; prepare and present tailored proposals to drive account growth and deliver added value to clients.
- Continued Education: Attend industry and professional development events; fulfil requirement to take at least one course or workshop per evaluation period to grow personally and professionally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from account job sites.
- Clear background check.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maneuver resources effectively.
- Very dependable.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing personal and professional development.
SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday (40 Hours/Week) at $60,000/year starting salary
