In this Regional Clinical Director role, you guide the design, launch, and expansion of consult services across specialties such as cardiology, pulmonology, and nephrology, while working daily with physician specialists, executive leaders, NPs, PAs, and facility teams. You define clinical protocols, oversee quality metrics, mentor providers, and manage multi-site operations. You monitor dashboards, ensure CMS and state compliance, and lead root-cause analyses when needed.
