AREA SAFETY MANAGER
The Area Safety Manager provides leadership and strategic support for regional safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards across multiple project sites. This position plays a key role in fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Area Safety Manager is based out of Denver, CO office and travels regularly to oversee and support operations throughout the assigned area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of progressive experience in field safety or construction safety management
Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or related field
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
Working knowledge of excavation and confined space safety
Strong understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations and compliance practices
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized multitasker with attention to detail and strong time management skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and organizational levels
Regular travel required throughout assigned area.
The physical activity for this role includes:
Travel as needed
On-call availability 24/7 or as assigned, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays
Site visits in a range of weather conditions, including hot and cold weather
Manual dexterity, typing, computer and small equipment use
Standing, walking, and sitting for long periods
Lift heavy loads, up to 50 lbs.
Repetitive motions such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
