What You'll Do

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Drives achievement of area revenue, utilization, and growth objectives through effective execution of sales strategies and territory plans.
• Supports implementation of regional and corporate initiatives, including product launches, Impact program expansion, National Account partnerships, marketing campaigns, and other strategic priorities.
• Provides coaching, strategic direction, and resources to support Sales Representatives in driving new business acquisition, customer retention, utilization growth, and expansion of Breg's products and services through value-based selling approaches.
• Reviews key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales pipeline activity, utilization trends, new business development, forecasting, customer retention, and profitability metrics.
• Analyzes market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and territory performance to identify opportunities and develop action plans that drive area growth.
• Supports pricing discipline by coaching Sales Representatives on pricing strategies and ensuring compliance with established pricing guidelines.
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, territory opportunities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
• Drives consistent utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), PowerBI, and other reporting tools to monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and support informed decision-making.

Sales Leadership

• Leads, coaches, mentors, and develops a team of Sales Representatives to maximize sales performance, customer satisfaction, and territory growth.
• Provides ongoing field support through ride-alongs, joint customer visits, business reviews, and coaching sessions to strengthen selling skills, product knowledge, and consultative sales capabilities.
• Establishes clear performance expectations and drives accountability for sales goals, activity metrics, pipeline management, customer engagement, CRM utilization, and operational requirements.
• Conducts regular performance discussions, territory reviews, and development planning sessions to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and improve results.
• Ensures team members maintain the technical, clinical, and commercial competencies required to effectively represent Breg's products, programs, and services.
• Serves as a resource and escalation point for Sales Representatives by providing guidance on account strategies, customer challenges, competitive situations, and complex sales opportunities.

• Supports Sales Representatives in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, physicians, administrators, practice managers, and other healthcare stakeholders.

• Serves as an escalation point for customer concerns and works collaboratively across departments to ensure timely and effective resolution.

• Assists with territory alignment assessments, resource planning, and market coverage

What You Bring 

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field required. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive business-to-business (B2B) sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably orthopedics, durable medical equipment (DME), sports medicines, orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) with a proven history of success required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing geographically dispersed direct and independent sales teams required.
• Proven ability to effectively develop and maintain relationships and with people across all levels and
• Experience with standard workflows and procedures in orthopedic clinics or physician offices
• Knowledge of orthopedic bracing and supply products, as well as the applicable procedures for utilization, is
• Proficiency in developing and executing revenue growth
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement and insurance processes
• Experience with Oracle, CRM, and PowerBI strongly
• Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project and Power Point capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.

Compensation

Base Salary $145,000-$175,000 USD annually plus commission. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
