We are looking for a South Region Sales Manager. This remote position will be based in Texas near Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Austin. The South Region Sales Manager will lead outside sales representative organizations for Russelectric, A Siemens Business, with responsibility for driving profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and sales performance across the region. This role blends sales leadership, business development, sales operations, and electrical equipment market expertise to support top-line and EBITDA growth. You'll make a difference by: Leading independent sales representative organizations across the South Region to meet order intake, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Driving execution of customer-facing sales strategies for Russelectric products, services, electrical equipment solutions, and field services. Establishing regional sales goals, key performance metrics, scorecards, and pipeline reviews from prospecting through after-sales support. Developing short-term and long-range regional growth plans aligned to customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. Partnering with product management and cross-functional teams to support sales planning, communication, product deployment, and customer alignment. Managing operating policies, quality control activities, and compliance with legal, safety, and business requirements. Serving as a regional sales leader and individual contributor to strengthen representative performance, specification activity, and market growth. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field OR 10+ years of technical working experience. 5+ years of progressive experience with the following: Outside sales, field service sales, or multi-site sales within the electrical equipment, power distribution, critical power, or related industrial market. Leading sales teams, manufacturer representative organizations, or multi-site sales operations. Background in electrical equipment, power distribution, critical power, engineering services, or related technical solutions. Working knowledge of sales budgeting, business development, operations management, and customer relationship management processes, including quoting and orders. Experience setting sales performance goals, tracking pipeline activity, and using metrics or scorecards to drive regional results. Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills across functions and leadership levels. Ability to travel approximately 60%. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HV, MV, or LV electrical equipment markets, including power systems, electrical infrastructure, or related technical solutions. Switchgear experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of mission critical, auxiliary generation, or power control systems markets. Experience with enterprise business systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI. Demonstrated ability to lead change, motivate teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced sales environment. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, product management, and senior leadership.
