About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Armed Security Agent to provide security coverage at client locations. You will patrol assigned areas, monitor access, identify potential risks, and respond to incidents while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

This role is well suited to someone who stays alert, communicates clearly, and remains calm under pressure.

What You'll Do

• Patrol assigned areas to help maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Monitor entry points and control access to restricted areas.
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents, providing assistance in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare clear, detailed incident reports and maintain accurate activity records.
• Conduct security checks and inspections, reporting potential hazards or suspicious activity.
• Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to address security concerns.
• Assist clients and visitors with courteous, professional service.
• Follow company policies, applicable regulations, and established security procedures.
• Participate in training to maintain and strengthen your skills.

What You'll Bring

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good observation skills, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Ability to perform duties that involve standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
