What You’ll Do
You will provide professional armed security services while representing the company with confidence, awareness, and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide armed security services across various assignments and environments
- Maintain a calm, professional, and confident presence with clients and the public
- Monitor and protect people, property, and assets
- Professionally de-escalate situations when necessary
- Adapt quickly to changing assignments, schedules, and operational needs
- Write clear and accurate incident reports
- Work closely with leadership and fellow team members to maintain operational excellence
- Represent the company professionally at all times

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Physically fit and capable of active assignments
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
- Security, military, law enforcement, or related experience preferred
- Ability to obtain or maintain required Arizona security licensing
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve

- $24/hour starting pay
