Arnold Veterinary Hospital, a well-respected small animal practice, is seeking a 4th full or part time Veterinarian to join our team. Dr. Noranbrock and Dr. Hemmer make a well-rounded team, with interests including but not limited to avian and reptile medicine, emergency medicine, soft tissue surgery, elevating support staff through education and teamwork, and low stress handling.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, experienced veterinarian base salary: $120-150k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.
• Earning potential on monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $180k
• Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
• Relocation stipend
• Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment
• Basic benefits information: Paid vacation & sick leave; health, dental, vision insurance with generous employer contribution; several additional supplemental insurance options; 100% coverage of liability, license defense, professional dues and licensing fees, 401k with generous employer contribution, 100% coverage of short term disability insurance premiums.
