If it can shoot confetti, why not?!If you're excited by bold ideas, fast pace, and turning brands into real-world experiences that spark connection and loyalty - you'll fit right in. JOB SUMMARYAs Art Director at Gratsy, you'll be responsible for executing high-quality visual design and production-ready assets for our experiential marketing campaigns. This role brings creative concepts to life through strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling across physical, digital, and presentation-based mediums.Our Art Directors are hands-on creative executors who collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to concept development, and own the creation and quality of production files. You'll operate independently, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently strong work aligned to client brand standards. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the below: Translate creative briefs into thoughtful, brand-aligned design solutionsContribute ideas during brainstorms and kickoff meetingsDevelop concepts from initial idea through final execution that meet experiential goalsDesign files that are accurate, press-ready, and require minimal revisions across multiple mediums including:Event signage and environmental graphicsPackaging and promotional materialsSocial and digital assetsPresentation decks and pitch materialsBuild production-ready files with correct specs, versioning, and handoffResearch client brands and understand visual systems and guidelinesApply brand standards consistently across all deliverablesAdapt designs appropriately for different retailers, environments, and audiencesPartner with Copy, Client Services, Events, Talent, and Operations ensuring creative work supports timelines and cross-functional needsParticipate in kickoff meetings and creative reviewsIncorporate feedback professionally and efficientlyMaintain a high bar of expectations for layout, typography, color, and compositionProof all work prior to delivery to ensure creative output meets Gratsy's quality standardsStay aware of design trends and experiential innovationsCore Values: Exhibit exemplary alignment with our core values, mission, and vision here at Gratsy. Comply with all company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREDHigh school diploma or equivalent required, associates or bachelors degree preferred.2+ years of professional experience in a similar role at an agency or experiential marketing firmPortfolio requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESStrong conceptual thinking and design executionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)PowerPoint proficiency for client-facing decksStrong attention to detail and time managementClear communication and openness to feedback without egoShopper marketing or experiential design experience preferredFamiliarity and comfortability working with emerging AI platforms,included but not limited to Adobe Firefly and Chat GPTExposure to 3D rendering software (preferably BlenderA valid driver's license and the ability to be covered under the Gratsy's insurance policy are requiredWORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATIONEnjoy our hybrid onsite environment! This position will be located in the company's HQ. Team members based out of this location work in the Gratsy Bentonville, AR office at a minimum Tuesday through Thursday, and remotely on Monday and Friday, depending on business needs. 401(k) PLANEligible employees can voluntarily participate in the Company's 401(k) plan where Gratsy matches employee contributions, dollar-for-dollar (100%) up to the first 4% of your annual salary.
