JOB TITLE: Art Director / Creative Strategist LOCATION: Remote DURATION: Through 3/31/26 RATE RANGE: $110-$115/hr
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are hiring a dedicated hybrid creative for FoA DRM's 1000k Creator and UGC work streams.
Part Art Director, part Creative Strategist. You have the eye to judge the work in the feed and the strategic brain to understand why it should work, who it is for and what it needs to prove.
This is a high volume role. You will review a few hundred assets a week coming through Marketing and our external agency partners, and you will be the final creative check before anything goes out the door.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The creative side:
Review Creator and UGC assets, including templated work produced by external agencies, for craft, clarity and platform native execution
Hold the standard on brand, legibility, product accuracy, claims, UI and template use
Call out what is off in the frame, the edit, the copy or the treatment, and direct the fix clearly
Approve, flag or return work with fast, specific and actionable feedback
The strategist side:
Judge work against the brief, the audience and the DR goal, especially for cold audiences who do not know the product yet
Spot patterns across volume. What hooks work, what payoffs land, what keeps failing and why
Turn those patterns into better creator briefs, templates and guardrails, so quality improves upstream
Partner with CX and DRM on priorities, testing and learnings
QUALIFICATIONS:
These must be clear on your resume and in your portfolio:
Hands-on short-form video craft. Shipped Reels, TikTok or UGC ads you art directed or edited yourself, with working fluency in Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.
High volume performance creative and testing. Always-on DR work at scale, with variants, hooks and iterations built for testing across Meta, TikTok or Google, and learnings you can talk to.
Template and toolkit systems work in Figma. Templates, toolkits or guidelines you built, used or enforced for other teams, agencies or creators.
