Your role and responsibilities

As an AI Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, client-facing Agentic AI initiatives from concept through implementation. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional and globally distributed teams, manage key stakeholders, and ensure projects deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead client-facing Agentic AI implementations end-to-end, from POC through production and industrialization.
• Drive complex project and program delivery, ensuring successful execution across scope, timelines, quality, and business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technical, data science, business, and delivery functions.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams, demonstrating flexibility to work effectively across multiple time zones.
• Manage senior stakeholders and client relationships, providing clear communication, presentations, status updates, and alignment on priorities.
• Lead projects using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and iterative delivery, to manage execution, dependencies, risks, and continuous delivery.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experience leading 1-2 end-to-end Agentic AI projects, from POC through industrialization.
• 10+ years of Project and Delivery Management experience with 1-2 projects in the Supply Chain domain, with a proven track record of successful program execution.
• Hands-on Data Science experience with a strong understanding of AI/ML and methodologies.
• Experience working with global, distributed teams, with flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• 4-5 years of Agile project management experience, including Scrum and iterative delivery methodologies.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
