Asbestos Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Attorney to join our legal team in Los Angeles with pay ranging from 180K-250K. As an Asbestos Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in asbestos-related cases, providing legal counsel, conducting research, and preparing and presenting cases in court.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in asbestos-related cases
• Provide legal counsel on asbestos laws and regulations
• Conduct thorough research on asbestos cases
• Prepare and present cases in court
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Proven experience in asbestos litigation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
