We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Legal Operations professional to support the organization in the following areas: technology-enabled legal operations, including ITHAKA's Contract Lifecycle Management System (Conga Contracts, currently migrating to Contracts for Salesforce); e-signature system (DocuSign); legal matter management system (Jira); user support for systems via Slack and other innovative training materials; assistance with corporate compliance matters, filings, research, and special projects. Project Management and System Onboarding: Manage onboarding of users, new departments, or subgroups to Conga for Salesforce and, as needed, rework flows for existing CFS participants: Identify and assemble core team members, gather requirements, reconfigure system as needed to meet users' evolving needs, drive new user testing and training sessions.
