Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am (Shift Differential: $5.00)
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 am to 8:00 am (Shift Differential: $5.00)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of guarding/protection.
• Adhere to procedures for the proper use and care of equipment and materials.
• Attend training sessions to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
• Be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
• Change machine setups and/or make minor adjustments to machines to ensure products meet specifications.
• Use gauge instruments or visual inspections to identify quality issues and ensure products meet specifications.
• Enter scheduled/produced information into the computer database for the assigned workstation, where applicable.
• Follow process specifications for the assigned workstation.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned, with an emphasis on the ability to learn and cross-train on multiple workstations.
• Work overtime as needed.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience and Skills:

• 1 year of Forklift experience (Preferred)
• 2 years of Production experience (Required)
• 2 years of Manufacturing experience (Preferred)

Schedule:

• 5x8, 8-hour shifts
• Day, Evening, Morning, Night, and Overnight shifts available
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime as needed
