Job Summary
Under the direction of the ASI Marketing Supervisor, the primary responsibility of this individual is to assist and collaborate in the creation of print and digital marketing materials within ASI and when appropriate in conjunction with other departments.

Duties
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for various projects.
- Assist in the development of graphics, layouts, and artwork for print and digital media.
- Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and edit visual materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines in all projects.
- Prepare and deliver design drafts to supervisor for review and feedback.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
- Support the production of a various print and digital marketing materials.
- Handle image and graphic requests from various departments within the organization.
- Manage and organize design assets and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Contribute to the development of visual assets for brand identity, logos, and promotional materials.
- Work efficiently and meet project deadlines.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry software and design tools.
- Participate in team meetings and share creative ideas and insights.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Marketing Supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Specially Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Design principles: Layout, typography, color theory, Image editing and manipulation • Attention to detail and deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Work well in a team.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Currently enrolled, matriculating CSU Stanislaus student with a minimum 2.0 grade point average.
- Works an average of 15-20 flexible hours per week
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Physical requirements and working conditions include, but are not limited to, sitting for extended periods; frequently standing and walking; normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; lifting and moving objects weighing up to 20 lbs.; corrected hearing and vision to normal range; verbal communication; use of office equipment, including computer, telephone, copiers.
Work is performed in an office environment and throughout the campus areas during student programs, continuous contact with other staff, students, faculty, and the public.
