Description
* Support Project Managers throughout all phases of project delivery
* Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation
* Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes and project reports
* Track project milestones and action items
* Review project documents, drawings, and submittals
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
* Assist in managing project schedules and budgets
* Support project closeout and turnover activities
* Maintain timely and professional communication across project teams
