We are seeking an experienced Asphalt & Concrete Sales Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, sales, and project bidding for asphalt and concrete work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for asphalt and concrete projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Develop proposals and submit competitive bids
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
- Support sales efforts and help build strong customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in asphalt and concrete estimating
- Strong knowledge of materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license preferred
