What You'll Do as a Assembler:- Assemble power cables, junction boxes, and related components according to established specifications
- Safely operate automatic equipment, hand tools, and power tools throughout the assembly process
- Use proper torque settings and follow production guidelines for each product
- Inspect and assemble products to meet established quality and safety standards
- Read work orders, specifications, and other workshop documents
- Complete basic measurements and calculations as needed
- Follow company safety procedures, production requirements, and quality standards
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Ability to read work orders and specifications and understand assembly requirements
- Ability to safely and effectively use hand tools and automatic equipment
- Basic math and measuring skills, including the ability to accurately use a ruler
- Ability to stand for 6–8 hours throughout the workday
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and turn consistently throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 1–75 lbs. intermittently, following required mechanical-assist and team-lifting procedures for heavy lifting
- Ability to work safely and effectively both independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
