Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Assembler to assemble small and medium-sized sheet metal components by fitting, adjusting, and following written specifications.
This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Hours: 1st - 6am to 230pm - Monday - Friday
Pay: $18 - $21

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components into finished products using written instructions and blueprints.
- Disassemble and rebuild products as specified.
- Apply sealants and adhesives using electronic dispensers or manual calking tools.
- Perform paint touch-ups and repairs as needed.
- Conduct quality checks according to process instructions.
- Pack and label products following packaging guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent training.
- Mechanical training and blueprint reading experience preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills with ERP system knowledge.
- Ability to sit, walk, stand for extended periods, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Use of lift assist or teamwork required for heavier items.
- Language: Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively.
- Math: Proficiency in basic calculations, measurements, and rate computations.
- Reasoning: Apply common sense to follow instructions and solve standardized problems.
