Assembler 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 $20.00 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. This position involves assembling parts and components into finished products, including hand tools used in the utility and cable industries. The ideal candidate will have good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow assembly instructions and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components into finished products according to specifications.

• Read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions.

• Use hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks.

• Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the assembly process.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and reliability.

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly.

• Strong basic math and numerical skills.

• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Good memory and ability to retain work instructions.

• Ability to read and write in English.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
