Title: Assembly Associate – Hamilton
Location: Hamilton
Pay Rate: $17–$19/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential: Additional $3/hour for 2nd and 4th shifts

Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM (+$3/hr)
- 4th Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (+$3/hr)
Overtime may be available on Fridays for 1st and 2nd shifts.
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Assembly Associates to assemble components and finished products in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable using hand tools, following work instructions, and meeting production and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and tape measures.
- Read basic drawings and follow assembly instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete required production and quality paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Meet daily production goals and assist at different workstations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and drawings.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
