Job Title: Assembler (2nd Shift)
Location: Tustin, CA
Shift Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Pay: $19 per hour + Overtime (1.5x pay)
Job Summary
The Assembler, under direct supervision, performs basic production assembly operations and supports manufacturing activities associated with producing medical cable assemblies and related products. The Assembler is responsible for following established work instructions, maintaining product quality, completing required documentation, and supporting production objectives in compliance with customer, FDA, and Company requirements.
Essential Functions
- Follow all employee guidelines and Quality System requirements as defined by ClearPath Medical's practices, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure customer and FDA requirements are met.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and act in accordance with ClearPath Medical's Employee Guidelines and applicable quality standards as outlined in ClearPath Medical's Quality Manual.
- Perform varied and general tasks involved in the manufacturing process.
- Perform product labeling, packaging, sorting, kitting support, and other basic assembly operations as assigned.
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as instructed.
- Perform basic preparation activities in support of manufacturing operations.
- Conduct visual inspections of components and finished product for obvious defects and abnormalities.
- Maintain proper product identification and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
- Accurately record process documentation and production records.
- Maintain a clean, organized assigned work area.
- Communicate quality concerns, material shortages, equipment issues, or process concerns to the Line Lead or Supervisor.
- Work cooperatively with team members to meet production schedules and business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must comply with all safety requirements.
Required Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Prior vocational, technical, manufacturing, or assembly training.

- Ability to perform routine and repetitive manufacturing tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to learn and perform basic measuring skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand Work Instructions and production documentation.
- Ability to maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attendance and positive attitude.
- Capable of both communicating and understanding the English language.
Required Experience
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
