Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking an Assembler for their automotive client in Auburn Hills on a temp to perm basis. 

Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Job Summary

Our client  is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production / Packaging Associate to support daily production operations. This position involves assembling, handling, and packaging a variety of products according to customer-specific requirements and established work instructions. The ideal candidate will be able to follow directions, meet daily production goals, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, handle, and package a variety of products, including cable kits, power docking stations, cable harnesses, keypad kits, and other customer products.

• Follow work instructions and packaging requirements specific to each customer.

• Work under the direction of the supervisor to ensure production tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Meet established daily production targets, which are evaluated weekly.

• Maintain attention to detail to ensure product quality and packaging accuracy.

• Perform assigned tasks while sitting or standing in a production environment.

• Participate in daily housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work effectively under the guidance of a supervisor.

• Dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining quality standards.

• Ability to work in a production environment and meet established productivity goals.

• Willingness to assist with housekeeping and general production duties.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing approximately 15 30 pounds.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while completing production tasks.

• Ability to perform repetitive handling, assembly, and packaging activities.
