Assembler

Nesco Resource is looking for an Assembler located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM

Pay: $19-$20/hour depending on Experience

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Bethel, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in hands-on work who is looking to establish themselves with a company for the long term. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn new skills. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are also open to candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, or established procedures.
• Use basic hand tools and other assembly equipment as needed.
• Inspect finished products and components to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow established production, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Identify and communicate any quality concerns or assembly issues.
• Learn new assembly techniques and processes as responsibilities develop.

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform hands-on tasks.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in developing new skills and building a long-term career with an employer.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
