Key Responsibilities
Assembly Operations: Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and work orders to assemble finished products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (drilling, soldering, wiring, and fastening).
Material Preparation: Sort, stage, and organize components and parts from inventory; verify quantities and specifications to keep the assembly line running efficiently.
Quality Control: Inspect parts and completed assemblies at each stage to detect defects or malfunctions, reporting issues immediately to maintain high quality standards.
Inventory Management: Track component and supply usage, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with procurement to report shortages in a timely manner.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all workplace safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
